The correlation between life and death is a pretty simple one. Everything boils down to our eating habits. Its just how we are taking care of ourselves. There is no doubt that food is the substance that sustains life and we have to choose if we are eating to live or die?
Let me take a simple example of chlorinated water. Being a fish lover, I know that if I put my fish in chlorinated tap water, it has very little chance of surviving the assault of the chlorine. Well, we may argue that fishes anatomy are more fragile than humans. But here is the point- are humans not really affected by a water which kills another living entity- ridiculous if we say no!
Now, just combine the chlorine in water to the polluted exhaust from a motor engine. Lets again add up the additives in our daily food and the pesticides and hormones from our vegetables and meat respectively. Plus the high bump of sugar from the coke that we enjoy with our meals. Is it not too much for our body to deal with all these contamination on a daily basis?
That is why our challenge has always been choosing the right food for our daily living. It’s a decision between life and death. To everyone to choose their path.
